Session Chair:
Pierre-Clement A. Simon (INL)
Session Organizer:
Come engage with expert panelists to discuss the needs, challenges, and opportunities surrounding knowledge transfer in the nuclear fuel cycle, a topic central to the nuclear industry but inherently complex due to its sensitive nature. Since PBNC is an international conference that connects experts from various fields, this panel will offer a unique opportunity to discuss knowledge transfer across diverse countries, institutions, technologies, and professionals at different career stages. The session aims to identify lessons learned, emphasizing strategies to effectively transmit knowledge while addressing the unique protective nature of certain information regarding mining and reprocessing. Participants will be encouraged to actively engage in this interactive session, sharing their experiences and gaining valuable insights from panelists and peers with both fission and fusion backgrounds.
