Mark Peters: Building on a strong foundation

Utilizing robots and intelligent machines in nuclear industry is beneficial to offset human labor, reduce human exposure to hazardous conditions, such as high-heat or elevated radiation environments, and increase the overall efficacy of inspection and maintenance by providing additional sensing. This panel will discuss the current advancement, opportunities, and challenges of the implements and applications of robots and intelligent machines in nuclear power plants.
