Spent fuel recycling and conditioning topic of U.S.-Japan meeting
Officials with the Department of Energy’s Office of Environmental Management discussed spent nuclear fuel recycling and conditioning with counterparts from Japan during the 13th U.S.-Japan Technical Meeting of the Civil Nuclear Energy Research and Development Working Group, held recently in Santa Fe, N.M.
ANS members are urged to nominate candidates for the Society's elected offices for terms starting in June 2020. The offices to be filled are:
Candidates for Officers and Board of Directors must be fellows, members, or Emeritus members of the Society in good standing; they should be broadly representative of the disciplines pertaining to nuclear science and technology, with due consideration to the proportional representation of the voting membership. Nominations must include a CV or biographical information to be valid for consideration.
