Update: Vaccination Requirement

If you are attending the 2022 Student Conference, we will require either proof of COVID-19 vaccination including booster, or a negative COVID-19 test (must be a PCR test) taken within 72 hours of arrival at the Conference. Vaccine records will be verified at the registration desk. UIUC offers community PCR testing at the Campus Recreation Center East. Test results are typically returned within 24 hours, but may take up to 48 hours. ANS values the health and safety of all our members. We will continue to follow all CDC, State, City, and Hotel safety requirements in our efforts to provide you a safe environment as we gather again.

No refunds or cancellations will be issued after March 14, 2022. Cancellations made before March 14, 2022, are subject to a cancellation fee of $150. No refunds will be issued after March 14, 2022. Cancellations must be made in writing to registrar@ans.org.
