About Us

The Scholarship Policy and Coordinating Committee (SPCC) is responsible for policy governing ANS Scholarship, internship and fellowship programs. The Committee is responsible for building and sustaining an endowment for these programs.

Composition

SPCC is composed of not fewer than six (6) nor more than twelve (12) Fellows, Members, Emeritus, or Honorary Life Members. In addition, the chair, or a representative designated by the chair, of each of the following shall be ex-officio members: Honors and Awards Committee, the NEED Committee, and the Education, Training and Workforce Development Division. The appointed members shall have renewable terms of three (3) years, and the terms shall be such that effective continuity is maintained. At least one of the committee members shall be a non-U.S. resident.
