PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY:

No refunds or cancellations will be issued after October 20, 2023. Cancellations made before October 20, 2023 are subject to a cancellation fee of $150. Cancellations must be made in writing to registrar@ans.org.

Please note, ANS is not responsible for any financial assistance for any cancellation fees for any non-ANS services entered into by any attendee associated to attendance to this meeting. This includes, but is not limited to, airline, hotel, ground transportation, etc.
