The Energy Act of 2020, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, CHIPS and Science Act, and Inflation Reduction Act expanded our industry’s blueprint. It’s time to explore the implementation phase of recently enacted policy provisions and other aspects of nuclear science and technology policy progression. Our diverse group of panelists will examine tax credits, domestic fuel, isotope R&D, regulatory progress, international cooperation, and spent fuel possibilities in the upcoming congressional period.
