Plenary Session|Sponsored by ANS
Monday, November 16, 2020|10:00AM–12:30PM EST
We all know the standard talking points in support of nuclear power and its applications. But this plenary will take you on a deeper journey, engaging you in meaningful thinking and discussion about why nuclear is the right choice for the benefit of all mankind. Two keynote speakers, Alex Epstein and Jessica Lovering, have been chosen with deliberation, and the schedule allows time enough for each to make their cases in support of nuclear, from different political/philosophical foundations. To further the dialogue, audience Q&A will be encouraged and facilitated after each speaker.
Speakers
Alex Epstein will present the thought-provoking Moral Case for Nuclear Power.
Jessica Lovering will argue that Nuclear could have a bright future in the Biden Administration.
