Knowledge transfer and preservation are key to a successful continuation of the nuclear criticality safety discipline. To facilitate this, we are interviewing several experienced and mid-career scientists in the field with questions from newer members. Questions include: what do you wish you knew at five years into the career; what was the most important thing you learned in your career; and would you do anything different if you got to do it again? We will also be soliciting questions from the audience.
