Saying Yes to the Fuel Cycle: Integrated Fuel Cycles, Creating an Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow

Currently there are only a handful of countries involved in used fuel recycling. Why is this and what needs to be different to enable the use case for future recycling? Creating a truly integrated nuclear fuel cycle where no waste is created and all the energy & resources are utilized remains a dream.
