Advanced reactor designers, many of whom plan to use high-assay low-enriched uranium (HALEU), were disrupted following the recent events in Ukraine. However, the U.S. has been making progress towards establishing a domestic uranium supply and HALEU production capability. This panel session will feature updates from the uranium and advanced reactor industries, DOE, and NRC.
