DOE signs two more OTAs in Reactor Pilot Program
This week, the Department of Energy has finalized two new other transaction agreements (OTAs) with participating companies in its Reactor Pilot Program, which aims to get one or two fast-tracked reactors on line by July 4 of this year. Those companies are Terrestrial Energy and Oklo.
Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP) is the only nuclear power supplier and the largest electric power company which generates approximately 31.56% (Dec. 31, 2023 / The Monthly Report on Major Electric Power Statistics) of the total electric power generated in Korea with the noble sense of mission and pride of ‘supplying electric power in a stable manner to enrich the lives of people and to contribute to the growth of the national economy’ as its driving force.
