From a distance, the rocket appeared to slowly rise above the horizon. For the cargo onboard, the launch was anything but gentle, as the ignition of liquid oxygen generated more than 1.5 million pounds of force. Many utilities are experiencing large numbers of new to nuclear hires and rapid progression and promotion of employees within their organizations as we experience higher levels of employee attrition. This session will explore multiple approaches to developing our supervisors and managers and leveraging training to provide technical related content to improve plant knowledge and developmental courses to improve leadership skills and maintain a strong organization through these personnel changes.
