Ms. Lacal brings an industry leader’s perspective to the challenge of workforce readiness in the era of the pandemic, and beyond. As the executive vice president and chief nuclear officer at Palo Verde Generating Station for Arizona Public Service Company, she leads an organization respected for its innovation and leadership in training. She will discuss aspects of how Palo Verde is responding to the current environment, and the issues Ms. Lacal believes the industry is facing in the future.
