He is experienced in license renewal, fuel cycle optimization, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Brinson was also Former Manager of Special Nuclear Projects for DOD, now supporting global licensing initiatives with EXCEL. Passionate about large-scale power generation and technical problem-solving.

Annessa Lippincott
Senior License Renewal Consultant

Annessa Lippincott is a seasoned Nuclear Engineer with over a decade of experience spanning nuclear design, operations, licensing, reactor engineering, safety analysis, and license renewal. She currently serves as a Senior Consultant at GSE Engineering, where she develops innovative solutions for nuclear power plants, including authoring a first-of-its-kind Buried Pipe Aging Management Program. Her career includes key roles at Callaway Energy Center, where she pioneered virtual inspections during the COVID-19 pandemic and led multi-disciplinary teams to fulfill complex regulatory commitments. Mrs. Lippincott is also an active community leader, serving with the South Callaway Fire Protection District and various local organizations, combining technical excellence with public service and outreach.
