  • *Company logo – Needed in two formats: EPS or SVG and JPEG or PNG
  • *Company name as it should be displayed on sponsor page (include Inc., Ltd, Corp., etc. if necessary)
  • *Company URL
  • Company description or text for sponsors page (should be 300 words or less)
  • Banner image for top of sponsor page (1280x320 JPEG file)
  • Video – can be sent as an MP4 file (1280x720) or a link to YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
  • Up to 5 attachments (PDF or PPT files). Include how file name should appear (ex. Meeting Prospectus, Supply Catalog, etc.)
