Supply chain contract signed for Aurora
Oklo, the California-based developer of the Aurora Powerhouse sodium-cooled fast-neutron reactor, has signed a contract with Siemens Energy that is meant to de-risk supply chain and production timeline challenges for Oklo. Under the terms, Siemens will design and deliver the power conversion system for the Powerhouse, which is to be deployed at Idaho National Laboratory.
2023 ANS WINTER CONFERENCE AND EXPO
Tyler Bernstein is a Co-Founder and CEO of Zeno Power Systems. Founded in 2018 at Vanderbilt University, Zeno is developing radioisotope power systems (RPS) – compact nuclear batteries that provide a steady supply of clean energy for years at a time. Tyler is responsible for setting the company’s strategic vision, private fundraising, and business development for government and commercial markets. Tyler has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30.
