Nuclear criticality safety is of high demand today in nuclear industry and at national laboratories across the the entire nuclear engineering enterprise. There are tremendous workforce needs in criticality safety. To respond to the need, universities are developing individual courses and comprehensive academic pipelines. This panel will bring experts from universities and national laboratories to have a discussion analyzing growing demands and developing capabilities to meet those demands.
