The anticipated growth of the nuclear industry presents exciting opportunities for the current and incoming workforce, but it also comes with its own set of challenges. As the industry welcomes new people from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and career stages, while also retaining experienced professionals, learning how to work well across generations will be key to maintaining a strong, innovative, and inclusive workforce. Creating opportunities for mentorship, knowledge sharing, and simply learning from one another can help preserve valuable expertise while also making space for fresh ideas and new ways of thinking. This panel will bring together professionals from different generations to share their experiences working in multigenerational teams, communicating across different perspectives, and building workplaces where people feel valued and included, helping create an environment where people of all ages can thrive and contribute to the future of the nuclear industry.
