The past few years have seen a concerted effort from many U.S. states to encourage nuclear development. The momentum behind nuclear-friendly policies has grown considerably, with many states repealing moratoriums, courting nuclear developers and suppliers, and in some cases creating advisory groups and road maps to push deployment of new nuclear reactors.

After discussions with various stakeholders, the 13TH INTERNATIONAL TOPICAL MEETING ON NUCLEAR REACTOR THERMAL-HYDRAULICS, OPERATION AND SAFETY (NUTHOS13) conference scheduled for Aug 23 - 26 at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, Vancouver, BC has been cancelled. Some abstracts will be redirected to ATH and NURETH.
