Bills look to boost domestic uranium enrichment, move past Yucca Mountain
A pair of bills were introduced earlier this month in Congress that could modernize the licensing process for uranium enrichment facilities and repeal the law that designated Yucca Mountain in Nevada as the country’s nuclear waste repository.
