Increased competition for attracting nuclear talent has created a challenge for our industry to attract, develop, and most importantly, retain our most important asset, our people. This session will focus on common reasons why employees are leaving nuclear and explore ways to combat those reasons.

Presentation to include: trends on supply and demand, change in demographics, worker preferences (work-life balance, remote options), employer brand, competitive salaries, and hiring strategies.
