Argonne updates: Fuel research and materials lab
Over the past two weeks, Argonne National Laboratory has announced numerous significant advancements being made by its staff to push forward nuclear fuels and materials research. Those announcements include the opening of the new Activated Materials Lab, the development of a new measurement technique, and the application of new artificial intelligence tools.

This panel session will explore the leveraging digital twin models and integrating digital twin methods and tools to improve insights and optimize risk and safety of advanced reactors, experimental loops, and energy storages. It will cover different stages of the risk and safety analysis from pre-assessment (e.g., component health assessment, data analysis) to post-processing (e.g., uncertainty assessment).
