Robotics & Remote Systems
The Mission of the Robotics and Remote Systems Division is to promote the development and application of immersive simulation, robotics, and remote systems for hazardous environments for the purpose of reducing hazardous exposure to individuals, reducing environmental hazards and reducing the cost of performing work.

Nuclear Science Week: the ANS local and student sections events
Nuclear Science Week (NSW) is a celebration designed to focus local, regional, national, and international interest on all aspects of nuclear science. National events marking the 11th annual NSW took place October 19–23 in Washington, D.C. This year’s theme was “Think Clean. Think Solutions. Think Nuclear.”

Authors can publish their research open access via Open Select, a feature of ANS's publishing partner Taylor & Francis. Open Select requires payment of an article publishing charge (APC) following peer review and acceptance of a submitted manuscript. The APC rate is $2500 per submission. Articles published Open Select are made freely available to the public upon publication.
