Devoted to all aspects of the nuclear fuel cycle including waste management, worldwide. Division specific areas of interest and involvement include uranium conversion and enrichment; fuel fabrication, management (in-core and ex-core) and recycle; transportation; safeguards; high-level, low-level and mixed waste management and disposal; public policy and program management; decontamination and decommissioning environmental restoration; and excess weapons materials disposition.

Air Force issues notice to partner with Oklo on microreactor deployment in Alaska
The U.S. Department of Air Force has announced its notice of intent to award advanced nuclear technology company Oklo a contract to pilot a microreactor at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska.

The paper describes the main tasks related to Configuration Control and illustrates the means in place to assure the control over the technical baseline, schedule and cost and is describing the collaboration with the DA's towards realization on ITER site. It is further summarizing the current status of construction on site and the ongoing preparation work of the Tokamak Complex buildings with the interfaces to be defined and controlled.
