Session Organizer:
This panel would like to initiate inclusion discussions and increase awareness of the needs. We will hear experts from academia, national laboratory, industry, and ANS about their backgrounds, experiences, and diversity statistics throughout their organization. We will try to come up with practical answers to the three main questions: How can we approach the community and support social inclusion? How to promote diversity and inclusion in PSA? What can be done to attract diverse and underrepresented groups into the PSA area and nuclear? Please join us and share your experiences and suggestions.
