With renewed interest in reprocessing technolodies and advanced reactors, new separation options are likely to be available in the future. New reprocessing approaches and separation technologies provide the option to liberate fission products and other radioisotopes which have industrial or medical use. This panel session will focus on the market potential for radioisotopes from waste and how to use these products as a selling point for advanced fuel cycles.
