ADP on track to complete major D&D work at Crystal River-3 this summer
Advanced Decommissioning Partners, a joint venture of NorthStar Group Services and Orano USA, is set to complete major decommissioning activities at Crystal River-3 nuclear power plant in Florida this summer, according to the license termination plan (LTP) the company submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Although new generation fuel needs to address extreme requirements, new design tools, manufacturing processes and in-service monitoring techniques provide opportunity for paradigm shifts in the science and engineering disciplines enabling visionary fuel types. This panel will bring together academici, industry and vendors to help stimulate next generation fuel designers to think about waste solutions and recovery during the full lifecycle of the fuel and fuel systems, to minimise waste during the manufacturing and waste storage. This panel will discuss their experience, lessons learned or future vision to address gaps that may exists.
