Although new generation fuel needs to address extreme requirements, new design tools, manufacturing processes and in-service monitoring techniques provide opportunity for paradigm shifts in the science and engineering disciplines enabling visionary fuel types. This panel will bring together academici, industry and vendors to help stimulate next generation fuel designers to think about waste solutions and recovery during the full lifecycle of the fuel and fuel systems, to minimise waste during the manufacturing and waste storage. This panel will discuss their experience, lessons learned or future vision to address gaps that may exists.
