This award was established in 1993 to be made to an individual or individuals who have made original and excellent contributions to the advancement of reactor technology. The award should emphasize recognition of advances in the areas of design and safety in reactor technology.
Any member of the Society can nominate a worthy candidate, and the candidate does not have to be an ANS member. An engraved plaque and a $2,000 monetary award will be presented at the ANS Winter Meeting.
Nomination forms are available from ANS headquarters and on this web site. Eight sets of the nomination form and supporting documents must be received by ANS headquarters before July 1.
