The Tritium Technology Program at the Institute of Radiochemistry, Nuclear Research Center Karlsruhe has the following objectives:

  1. Determination of physicochemical properties of solid breeding materials
  2. Tritium Recovery from waste streams
  3. Development of Tritium Decontamination Systems
  4. Impurity monitoring in liquid metal blankets.
