This session will present an in depth analysis of industry cost and staffing data over the past several years. We will also discuss technological innovations and industry approaches available to yield online and outage cost reductions. Tooling and technologies available to highlight key trends and best practices in obtaining O&M and Capital spending reductions will also be discussed. We will share insights into staffing optimizations available across the nuclear enterprise. Lastly, relationships between initiatives, innovations and actual cost reductions will be examined, discussed, and demonstrated.
