ANS Student Conference 2026 Pricing

* Full conference registration package includes access to all sessions Thursday through Saturday, the opening banquet, tailgate, awards banquet, and breaks.

Due to University policy, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted to attend.

** A guest is as a spouse, significant other, or personal friend of a registered attendee.
Guest registration includes access only to the events selected during the registration process. Guests do not have access to conference sessions, workshops, or other attendee-only programming. Business associates, coworkers, employees, or fellow students are not eligible to register as guests.

* Exhibitors and Sponsors: Please select appropriate full conference registration. Discount Codes will be provided upon payment of sponsor or booth invoice. Codes apply at checkout to eliminate the conference fee selected.

• Professional rate cancellations: Registration cancellations received on or before March 25, 2026, are subject to a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after March 25, 2026.
  
• Student rate cancellations: Because the ANS Student Conference registration rate is heavily discounted, we are unable to offer refunds. In the event of cancellation, the full registration fee will be retained to cover administrative and planning costs associated with your registration.
  
• Please note that refunds are not available for workshops priced at $5 or under.
• A substitute attendee may be sent in your place up until the start of the conference.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registrar@ans.org.
• Note: ANS is not responsible for any cancellation fees or expenses related to non-ANS services (airfare, hotel, ground transportation, etc.)
