Registration Cancellations and Substitutions

  • Professional rate cancellations: Registration cancellations received on or before March 25, 2026, are subject to a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after March 25, 2026.
  • Student rate cancellations: Because the ANS Student Conference registration rate is heavily discounted, we are unable to offer refunds. In the event of cancellation, the full registration fee will be retained to cover administrative and planning costs associated with your registration.
  • Please note that refunds are not available for workshops priced at $5 or under.
  • A substitute attendee may be sent in your place up until the start of the conference.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registrar@ans.org.
  • Note: ANS is not responsible for any cancellation fees or expenses related to non-ANS services (airfare, hotel, ground transportation, etc.)


Photo and Video Consent

By attending an ANS event, you grant permission for ANS to use your name, image, and likeness in photographs, video, and audio recordings for promotional, educational, and other lawful purposes. Attendance constitutes agreement to this policy.
