Registration Cancellations and Substitutions

  • Registration cancellations received on or before March 25, 2026, are subject to a $200 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after March 25, 2026, for conference registrations, tours, workshops, or any separately ticketed event.
  • For conference registration only, a substitute attendee may be sent in your place up until the start of the conference.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registrar@ans.org.

Note: ANS is not responsible for any cancellation fees or expenses related to non-ANS services (airfare, hotel, ground transportation, etc.)


Photo and Video Consent

By attending an ANS event, you grant permission for ANS to use your name, image, and likeness in photographs, video, and audio recordings for promotional, educational, and other lawful purposes. Attendance constitutes agreement to this policy.
