* Full conference registration includes access to all sessions, networking and evening events, and admission to the exhibit hall. Your registration also includes breakfast and lunch on select conference days. Please refer to the program schedule to confirm the specific days meals are provided and to explore the full lineup of sessions and activities.

Anyone under the age of 18 will be sent a waiver form for their parent/guardian to complete before their registration will be accepted.

Registration Cancellations and Substitutions

  • Registration cancellations received on or before July 24, 2026, are subject to a $200 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after July 24, 2026, for conference registrations, tours, workshops, or any separately ticketed event.
  • For conference registration only, a substitute attendee may be sent in your place up until the start of the conference.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registrar@ans.org.

Note: ANS is not responsible for any cancellation fees or expenses related to non-ANS services (airfare, hotel, ground transportation, etc.)


Photo and Video Consent

By attending an ANS event, you grant permission for ANS to use your name, image, and likeness in photographs, video, and audio recordings for promotional, educational, and other lawful purposes. Attendance constitutes agreement to this policy.
