The Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration Laboratory Residency Graduate Fellowship (DOE NNSA LRGF) provides outstanding benefits and opportunities to students pursuing doctoral degrees in fi elds relevant to the stewardship of the nation’s nuclear stockpile.
Fellowships include at least two 12-week research residencies at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories or the Nevada National Security Site.
Eligibility: U.S. citizens, first year or later doctoral students with 18+ months remaining in program as of 9/1/2026.
