The effect of Plutonium isotopic composition on the Doppler coefficient is examined in fast reactors having different chemical compositions of the fuel and different core volumes. It is found that for a given core volume and chemical composition the absolute value of the Doppler coefficient increases with increase of the amount of high Plutonium isotopes (240Pu, 241Pu, and 242Pu).
