General Atomics marks completion of ITER’s superconducting fusion magnet

In a discussion of the interpretation of the data obtained by a multichannel analyzer from a sample containing mixed gamma-ray emitting isotopes, it is concluded that dead time losses influence both the magnitude and shape of the composite spectrum. A relation including appropriate corrections is presented.
