Chemical processing for the recovery and purification of carrier-free I125 produced by bombardment of isotopically enriched Te125 with protons in the ORNL 86-Inch Cyclotron was accomplished by selective distillations; Mn54 was separated from a Cr54 target by ion exchange. The enriched Te125 and Cr54 were recovered for re-use.
