A same probabilistic approach is applied to the case of complex reactions, i.e., of convex combinations of single reactions. The dynamical systems obtained in this way are considerably more complex than those that arise in the study of single reactions. In particular, complex reactions give rise to higher dimensional systems and require a more sophisticated analysis. No complex dynamics is observed in this work, with the exception of those cases that are not physically relevant.
