NRC cancels advanced reactor meeting due to government shutdown

We consider the role of impurity radiation in the heat transfer at the plasma edge in tokamaks and analyze non-linear processes responsible for the related phenomena of detachmnent and MARFE both in limiter and divertor configurations.
