DTRA’s advancements in nuclear and radiological detection
A new, more complex nuclear age has begun. Echoing the tensions of the Cold War amid rapidly evolving nuclear and radiological threats, preparedness in the modern age is a contest of scientific innovation. In present communication analytical and numerical investigations of electromagnetic waves propagation near electron cyclotron resonance surface are presented taking into account variation of both magnetic field and magnetic field direction. Differences from analytical solution for constant magnetic field direction are revealed.
