Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB) is excited to be collaborating with Samshin Ltd to provide replacements for obsolete valves using Samshin designs. Samshin has manufactured hundreds of Westinghouse-designed valves and valve parts for applications across the globe with reliable operation for over a decade.

WPB and Samshin have worked together to deliver ASME Section III, safety-related and non-safety valves for AP1000® reactors and existing fleet for over a decade. The focus of the relationship has been on Westinghousedesigned OEM valves. Westinghouse is using our years of experience working with Samshin on new construction needs to now help the existing fleet of reactors with any valve need. The partnership seeks to grow the market into non-OEM valves in order to deliver highquality standard Samshin designs for obsolete or poor performing valves. Westinghouse provides a wide range of mechanical replacement parts, components, consumables and engineered solutions to support NSSS and BOP applications and systems, including more than 5,000 ASME Section III Code valves supplied to the nuclear plants worldwide.
