Division Spotlight
Reactor Physics
The division's objectives are to promote the advancement of knowledge and understanding of the fundamental physical phenomena characterizing nuclear reactors and other nuclear systems. The division encourages research and disseminates information through meetings and publications. Areas of technical interest include nuclear data, particle interactions and transport, reactor and nuclear systems analysis, methods, design, validation and operating experience and standards. The Wigner Award heads the awards program.

All accepted summaries are eligible to receive conference awards and will be judged in one the following award categories:
Academia
Innovation and New Technology Summaries
Lightning Talk Awards (7-minute Lightning Talk presentations with 5-minute Q&A):
All summaries will be considered for awards, but we ask that any person interested in receiving an award in Academia or a Lightning Talk award indicate their interest by submitting their summary to either the Academia or Lightning Talk session in the track to which they are submitting. Anyone interested in receiving an award for Academia summaries or Lightning Talks must be prepared to present to the evaluation panel before the conference and, once again, at the conference. Academia award winners will receive complimentary registration to the conference (one per awarded summary), a $600 travel stipend (one per awarded summary), and an award and acknowledgement during the conference awards ceremony. All other award recipients will receive an award and acknowledgement during the conference’s award ceremony.
All sponsors are recognized on the conference website and in promotional communications. All sponsors will also be acknowledged at the Opening Plenary and on signage displayed throughout the conference. Sponsorship packages are limited, so reserve your package early. Download the Sponsor Prospectus
