The U.S. nuclear industry is standing at its most volatile regulatory moment yet—one that will shape the trajectory and the safety of the industry for decades to come. Recent judicial, legislative, and executive actions are rewriting the rules governing the licensing and regulation of nuclear power reactors. Although these changes are intended to promote and accelerate the deployment of new nuclear energy technologies, the collision of multiple legal shifts—occurring simultaneously and intersecting with profound technological uncertainties—is overwhelming the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and threatening to destabilize investor and industry expectations.

Cameron is a leader with a 23-year career in commercial nuclear power marked by innovation and a commitment to addressing the world’s energy challenges. Armed with a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Cameron brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to the table. Currently serving as the Executive of Global Product Management and Growth for Outage Maintenance and Services at the Westinghouse Electric Company, he oversees global initiatives to design products and services that enable the success of our customers.
Cameron’s experience includes executing and leading scope within safety analysis, licensing, structural design/modification, crane and refueling design/manufacturing, primary component replacement, secondary side modification, and field modification services. With a relentless passion for nuclear power and a proven track record of excellence in execution, Cameron drives transformative change through safety, technology, and sustainability.
