In this session, hear from senior leaders at Utilities, Union Halls, and Suppliers on how they work together to improve resource positions to support Refuel Outage and Online project Craft resourcing. Topics include recruiting, teaching & learning including apprenticeship programs, craft proficiency assessment programs and processes, resource planning, identifying and communicating gaps, knowledge sharing and transfer, using retirees, work task scheduling of required equipment inspections and PMs. Panelists will discuss Spring 2024 outage lessons learned and actions going into future outages.
