The cost of installation is a significant adder to the cost of the Modification driving the ROI and NPV equations. Cost and risk reduction are essential to the economic bottom line. Plants will need to implement modifications at a lower cost and risk, cost escalation, and plant upsets. These projects must deliver on promised benefits to O&M cost reduction. This is the last frontier in using digital to build a better and more efficient plant. Come hear what some smart utilities are doing to reduce risk, reduce cost, and increase efficiency in implementing their digital modifications effectively.
