Art Wharton

Art Wharton is a strategic management professional in nuclear energy and personally dedicated to the advancement of nuclear science and technology for the benefit of humanity. Art began his career at Westinghouse Electric Company and he currently serves as the President at Studsvik Scandpower, a wholly owned subsidiary of Studsvik AB. He is a 4^th generation Texan with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Art’s experience in nuclear science and technology ranges from research reactor operations, nuclear core design, project risk management, corporate strategy, product management, and business development.
