ANS 2017 Election

The ANS Election opens up online on Monday, February 27, at 8:00 a.m. CST.  

In preparation for the upcoming election, please note the following in order to ensure email delivery:

1. ANS has partnered with Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) to administer the 2017 election.
2. To assure your election-specific broadcast email arrives safely in your inbox on February 27, 2017, simply add the following email address as an approved sender: noreply@directvote.net.

This year ANS would like to change the Society's state of incorporation from New York to Illinois, where ANS headquarters is located. During this upcoming proxy election, ANS urges you to approve a legal document entitled "Plan of Merger" which will allow ANS to move its state of incorporation to Illinois. If the required number of members approves the merger, your vote, starting next year, will be counted immediately without the need to assign a proxy to vote at the Annual Business Meeting.
