AMS provides test equipment, training, and services to verify the performance of instrumentation and control systems (I&C) of nuclear facilities. We verify the accuracy and response times of I&C systems to ensure timely shutdown of plants when a safety-related process variable such as temperature, pressure, level, or flow exceeds its safe limit.

Although our products and services are primarily targeted to nuclear facilities, they have applications in and been used at a variety of other process industries including chemical plants, oil refineries, and data centers.
